Let's see if we're the right fit

The FaceTime Call

Once your application is reviewed, Brooke schedules a personal FaceTime or phone call with approved families. This isn't a sales call — it's a genuine conversation to make sure one of our puppies is the right fit for your home, your lifestyle, and your family. We care deeply about where our puppies go.

Your spot is secured

Approval & Reservation Fee

After application approval, families may secure their placement priority with a $500 non-refundable reservation fee.

This fee helps cover:
  • Reservation list management
  • Application review and family planning
  • Ongoing care and support for the mother and litter
  • Early puppy care, preparation, and socialization
  • Personalized matching and placement coordination
  • Application review and planning
  • Ongoing puppy care and preparation
  • The personalized matching process
The non-refundable reservation fee is applied toward your puppy’s total purchase price.

Choose your companion

A Personalized Selection Experience

Around 5–6 weeks of age, families are invited to begin the puppy selection process based on their reservation placement priority. Brooke personally guides each family through the process by sharing each puppy’s personality, temperament, energy level, and unique traits.

FaceTime is available for families who are unable to visit in person, helping make the experience personal and meaningful no matter where you live.

This is one of the most exciting and memorable parts of the entire journey.

Your puppy comes home

Go-Home Day

At 8 weeks old, your puppy is ready. They'll arrive with everything they need — health records, a heartbeat plush, a blanket that smells like their littermates, and a heart full of love. Families are welcome to pick up in person from our farm in Utah. For families who can't travel, our children or a trusted flight nanny will personally fly your puppy in-cabin to your closest major airport.

Everything they need
to feel at home

Every puppy leaves with a carefully curated go-home kit — designed to ease the transition and give them comfort on their first night in a new home. This is the moment we’ve been preparing for since day one.
